Tartaria: Heirs of the Horde ("the game") is published by Umbrela LLC, a Maine limited liability company, PO Box 1033, Gorham, ME 04038, United States. This policy covers the game on iOS, Android, desktop and the web, and this website.

The short version

The game collects no personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no in-app purchases. It does not use the internet while you play.

What stays on your device

Your saved games, your codex progress and your settings are stored only on your device: in the app's private storage on iOS, Android and desktop, and in your browser's storage (IndexedDB) on the web. We never receive them. Deleting the app, or clearing site data in your browser, deletes them.

Links that leave the game

The game has links to this website, to our support email and to The Observation Lounge on YouTube. They open only when you tap them, in your browser or mail app, and those services have their own privacy policies.

This website

This website is a static site served through Amazon CloudFront. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Like any web server, the hosting infrastructure processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse; we do not use them to identify you. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts download.

Children

The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Store platforms

When you buy or download the game, Apple or Google process that transaction under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment details.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
